Abstract

The aim of this presentation is to show the effective outcome of accelerated corneal collagen cross-linking ( aCXL) in the treatment of stage 2 keratoconus in a 19 year old patient who underwent aCXL in our clinic.The uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA), best corrected visual acuity ( CDVA), manifest corneal astigmatism, keratometry and pachymetry values before surgery, were compared to follow-up results obtained up to 1 year after treatment.

Do you also use more aggresive accelerated CXL 30mW for 3 minutes?
