Abstract

Case report of the patient with unsatisfactory result of the ptosis surgery. After deeper study of his history the diagnosis of Myasthenia gravis comes into consideration. Finally this diagnosis is confirmed. At the end of the presentation there is an overview of the useful tests, that can be used almost in any office and that minimalize the risk of missing the diagnosis of the myasthenic ptosis.
