Abstract
The pros and cons of retrobulbar anaesthesia are discussed as well as proper technique of application. An unusual case of anaesthetic effect on oculomoto r nerves of contralateral eye after retrobulbar anesthesia is presented. This is documented on video. And what the final result was is discovered in the presentation.
