Abstract
The presentation comments on a new CXL method in thin corneas, which allows the individualization of the UVA radiation according to the thinness of the cornea. Previous CXL methods in corneas thinner than 400 microns have used either increasing stromal thickness with hypoosmolar riboflavin solution or irradiation through a contact lens. The new method was first successfully used for keratoglobes in corneas thinner than 250 microns. The case study of this case is presented.
